Favours

We went to see our Greek friends Evi and Kostas last week. They had a baby girl just before Xmas so we went bearing gifts - a little outfit and a pack of tights for the new baby and a toy lorry for George her older brother. Evi gave us a 'favour' each, which she had made, and said that they were from the baby. I thought it may have been a tradition but I cant find any information about it so I can only think Evi decided it was a nice way of saying thank you. The choccies were nice too!
